Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods across designated routes
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain timely operations
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Accurately document logs, mileage, and delivery documentation
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch and team members
- Follow all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Handle cargo loading/unloading with proper equipment and techniques
- Manage route adjustments for weather or traffic conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial truck driving experience
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
