Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages/food within designated Miami metro area during overnight shifts
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery schedules using GPS routing systems
- Verify recipient identity and obtain proper signatures for all deliveries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload inventory efficiently while maintaining organized vehicle storage
- Resolve delivery exceptions proactively with excellent customer communication
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and route logs
- Uphold company safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management skills with proven punctuality record
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery platforms
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Pass background check and drug screening
