Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to transport time-sensitive deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route optimization for maximum efficiency
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-traffic evening hours
- Handle temperature-controlled shipments with precision and care
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Uphold company safety protocols and defensive driving standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI in past 5 years
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Knowledge of Baltimore metropolitan area roadways
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- DOT medical certification current and valid
- Pass background check and drug screening
