Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A) to deliver goods to designated locations efficiently and safely.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight distribution and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver logs (ELD) and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and passenger endorsement (if applicable).
- Clean driving record with no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
