Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles along assigned daily routes.
- Load and unload freight with care, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures upon completion.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, mileage records, and delivery paperwork.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current DOT medical card and good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Strong knowledge of local San Antonio streets and traffic laws.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
