Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods on assigned routes
- Plan and optimize daily delivery schedules for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Resolve delivery issues and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Jacksonville area
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
