Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally with clients, verifying delivery details and obtaining signatures when required.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems to avoid delays and optimize routes.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local depot.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
