Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload parcels efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Plan efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines and optimize fuel consumption.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of the Nashville, TN area and traffic patterns.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable smartphone for GPS and job updates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
