Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Long Beach
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate special delivery requests
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Proficiency using smartphone navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
