Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Verify and record delivery details, including recipient signatures and damages.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery activities and mileage.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle and a smartphone with data access.
- No prior delivery experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
