Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate package delivery to customers.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and vehicle maintenance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secure, organized, and undamaged during transit.
- Update delivery status and log routes accurately using company mobile applications.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and varying shifts.
