Responsibilities
- Transport packages and goods to customers in a safe and timely manner across the Los Angeles metro area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Utilize handheld devices to track routes, manage delivery status, and update the system.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles geography and traffic patterns.
- Proficient with smartphone technology for GPS navigation and logging.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
