Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and handled with care to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after routes to ensure safety and proper maintenance.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Utilize handheld technology to track deliveries, update status, and route navigation.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal appearance and uniform standards.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
