Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses with accuracy and timeliness.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure a positive unboxing experience.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift and report maintenance needs.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to safety weight limits.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital paperwork using mobile applications.
- Navigate complex routes using GPS systems and maintain knowledge of local geography.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues on-site when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and reporting.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and varying shift schedules.
