Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently using hand-trucks or pallet jacks.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are undamaged before handing them over.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, scanning, and tracking orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
