Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Sacramento area.
- Verify and record delivery information, including names, addresses, and package contents.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service during the delivery process.
- Complete daily logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Sacramento street layouts and traffic patterns.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable smartphone or GPS device for navigation.
