Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial customers in Phoenix.
- Verify delivery details and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle for cleanliness and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Utilize handheld delivery apps and GPS to optimize routes and ensure on-time arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle package inquiries professionally.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods to ensure the vehicle is ready for the next shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR) with no serious violations.
- Ability to lift, carry, and stack packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency with smartphones and navigation technology.
- Reliable personal transportation to the designated starting location.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
