Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Verify package contents and addresses to ensure accuracy.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Complete daily delivery logs and paperwork accurately.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C CDL (or equivalent state license) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Basic computer skills for navigation and logging.
