Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner, ensuring accuracy and care.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after shifts, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Update delivery status and manage paperwork using company apps.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and payments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
