Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, and e-commerce packages to customers within designated Las Vegas routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and real-time GPS tracking through our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve delivery inquiries
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Assist with warehouse duties when needed (order sorting, inventory checks)
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Reliable personal vehicle (SUV, van, or truck) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip processing
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Professional appearance and friendly communication style
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (peak demand periods)
