Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and goods safely and efficiently to residential and commercial locations
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems to minimize travel time
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety and report maintenance issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse facilities
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Colorado Springs area and surrounding regions
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
