Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial clients across the Seattle metro area.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, delivery routes, and company safety protocols.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and accurate signature collection.
- Log delivery attempts, package conditions, and customer signatures accurately using the mobile app.
- Handle cash and electronic payments for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders with 100% accuracy.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and smartphone applications for route optimization.
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality; ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Proof of auto insurance and a reliable vehicle suitable for commercial delivery use.
- Basic English proficiency for reading delivery labels and communicating with customers.
