Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial destinations within the Philadelphia area.
- Adhere strictly to assigned delivery routes and time schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients at every stop, handling their packages with care.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical condition.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including signatures and receipts.
- Handle all customer inquiries and complaints in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Follow all local traffic laws and safety regulations to minimize risk on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no recent DUIs or major violations).
- Previous experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in a similar logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology, including smartphone usage for navigation and scanning.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
