Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated addresses within the Long Beach area.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service during package hand-offs and pickups.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
- Accurately record delivery information and update status via mobile applications.
- Handle packages with extreme care to prevent damage or loss during transit.
- Follow all company routing instructions and time management protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle suitable for business use.
- Proficiency in using smartphone apps for navigation and GPS.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for documentation purposes.
