Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Manage accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Maintain constant communication with dispatch and clients
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Represent our company with professionalism at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Houston metro area and Texas highways
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility for overnight/weekend travel as needed
