About the Role
We are expanding our fleet and need experienced drivers to keep our supply chain moving. You will be responsible for transporting goods across the Southeast region safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers to deliver freight on time.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Card (DOT compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong knowledge of roadways in the Southeast United States.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel overnight.
