Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes within Tennessee and surrounding states
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS guidelines, and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance reports
- Load/unload cargo efficiently with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with regional routes and Nashville metro area
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying weather conditions
