Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate logs
- Inspect pre/post-trip vehicle functionality and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and time-sensitive deliveries
- Load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and delivery protocols
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
