Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and documents to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DC traffic regulations and delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route adjustments
- Secure cargo during transit to prevent damage
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Washington DC metropolitan area
- Pass federal background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication abilities
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
