Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, food, or retail goods to customers across Miami
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update GPS tracking in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address delivery concerns
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Miami/Dade County streets and traffic patterns
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening (company policy)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
