Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to customers within designated timeframes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance standards
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments and updates
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time-management skills and punctuality-driven mindset
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
