Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages across NYC boroughs
- Load/unload goods with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic laws and perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic smartphone navigation skills
- Reliable transportation to depot location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- No CDL required – we provide all necessary training
