Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport (gravel, sand, debris)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries across multiple job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Virginia Beach construction routes preferred
