Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Cleveland metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and update delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Proficiency using smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities for customer interactions
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
