Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to/from depot
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
