Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers throughout San Francisco
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize time efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Accurately track deliveries through our mobile app and maintain delivery records
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues in real-time
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs with packages
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
