Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to customers across Portland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and GPS tracking compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Optimize routes using provided navigation systems for on-time deliveries
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company vehicle
- 1+ year delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Portland metro area geography
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Pass background and drug screening checks
