Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, and e-commerce packages to customers across Portland
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily inspections and cleanliness protocols
- Optimize delivery routes using our advanced GPS navigation system
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Handle cashless transactions and process payments accurately via mobile app
- Report delivery issues, vehicle maintenance needs, and customer feedback promptly
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (delivery or commercial preferred)
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery management apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs in buildings
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic knowledge of Portland neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
