Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or goods to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle inquiries professionally
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle (fuel, cleanliness, minor repairs)
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Communicate delivery status and delays via mobile app in real-time
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from shift locations
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory checks
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
