Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, packages, and retail items across Austin using company vehicles
- Maintain GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address any delivery concerns
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical safety
- Document delivery status and customer feedback through our mobile app
- Collaborate with dispatch team during peak hours to ensure 100% on-time delivery rate
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery management apps
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery windows
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
