Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to customers across Raleigh metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company delivery protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
- Assist with warehouse operations when not actively delivering
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
