Responsibilities
- Safely deliver food packages and retail goods across Minneapolis metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery tracking via our mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using real-time traffic data
- Handle cashless transactions and payment processing
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean MVR (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis hub
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis neighborhoods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
