Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to customers within Mesa and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking for route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle inquiries professionally
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery procedures
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and ensure on-time performance
- Assist with warehouse duties including sorting, loading, and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid AZ driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 60 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Mesa area streets and GPS navigation systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for communication and tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
