Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Raleigh
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable vehicle with valid insurance or ability to operate company vehicle
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior delivery experience required (training provided)
