Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Kansas City metro
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service and maximize fuel efficiency
- Represent our brand professionally through exceptional customer interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional delivery or driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Smartphone proficiency for our delivery tracking application
- Pass background check and drug screening (required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
