Responsibilities
- Transport packages and goods safely to residential and commercial locations across Charlotte and surrounding areas
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for all shipments
- Perform thorough pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 pounds
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte metro area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Proficient with mobile navigation apps and basic delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management skills with ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
