Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and documents to commercial/residential locations
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer signatures
- Perform vehicle safety inspections before/after shifts
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
- Report road hazards or delivery issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license (DC/MD/VA)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Washington D.C. street grid
- Smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
