Responsibilities
- Transport packages and merchandise safely and punctually across San Antonio metropolitan area
- Verify delivery accuracy using barcode scanning technology
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio roadways and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to/from depot location
