Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Baltimore
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Communicate delivery status updates via company mobile app
Qualifications
