Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Phoenix metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile app and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time performance and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for using our delivery tracking app
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Reliable transportation to/from starting location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
